Hello,

I'd like to propose to mirror the Gentoo Prefix repository in Github for
greater visibility (and ease and speed of working with it from the
commodity of a browser).

I think it works well with other projects that do it.

Let me know if I can help on that somehow.

What tree are you referring to here? The "partial overlay" that is
gentoo-prefix git repo, or the tree as you see it from rsync.prefix...?

The latter doesn't exist in a vcs, as it is generated every 30 minutes.

For the git repo, it's up to infra, but since the overlay really should
go, I'd rather not have it get more attention.
